HI! My name is Darcy, and I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor based in Perth, Western Australia. I love fitness, and I believe that movement is one of the most effective and powerful ways to practice self-care. I specialise in fun and functional training, working with my clients to create an exercise routine that is sustainable, exciting, and fits seamlessly into their lifestyle.
HOW I MANAGE MY OWN FITNESS & NUTRITION AS A PERSONAL TRAINER
Working as a performer at Bike Bar, fitness has become a wild music concert and space for me to explore a creative and thrilling stage. As a personal trainer, fitness has become an incredible tool that I can use to help speak motivation, excitement, and joy into people’s lives. And even more recently, during lockdown: exercise was my go-to stress-reliever, blood-invigorator, smile-inducer. There is truly nothing like it.
Hand in hand with exercise comes nutrition. As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, my nutrition is crucial. To me, food is both fuel and fun. The trick is to find a balance between these two components, the happy medium of food being both delicious and healthy in the same bite.
A healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be a painful sacrifice or a watered-down compromise. Fitness can be functional yet fun. Food can be delicious yet healthy. Let us show you how!
