Ingredients

4 Oranges cut into wedges
3 Carrots cut into sticks
1 tsp fresh ginger or 2 g of ginger ½ lemon

Method

  1. Use a fruit juicer to press out juice from oranges, carrots, lemon, and ginger and serve in take away container with 3 blocks of ice.

Notes

Keep left-over fibre from the juice machine to reuse for muffin recipes.
