½ cup Overnight soaked Cashew nuts (½ cup of water)
1 Avocado
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil

2 Juiced lemons
½ cup of water
½ tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
¼ cup Olive oil
200 g of Natural coconut yogurt (COYO)
Can be used as a dip for kiddies snacks: crackers, veggie and fruit slices or baked goods.
