Ingredients

1 tbsp Rooibos chai tea (Contact for sample)

250 ml Almond/Soy milk

50 ml of hot water

1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Add 1 tbsp of Rooibos chai tea to the glass milk jug/ milk frothing pitcher if you have a coffee machine with a steamer.

  2. Add 50 ml of boiling water for 2-3 min.

  3. Add 200 ml of milk to tea and heat up for 1 min in the microwave until desired temperature/ with steam wand of the coffee machine.

  4. Then strain using tea strainer directly into the cup, topped with frothed milk using milk steamer of choice and topped with cinnamon (optional).

Notes

Delicious and healthy caffeine-free hot beverage packed with antioxidants and has a naturally sweet flavour. Made with organic tea leaves and sweetened with honey. It can be enjoyed black without milk.
