Ingredients

2 Beetroots cut in wedges
½ Cup mixed berries frozen
100 ml Coconut water
A bunch of fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Use a fruit juicer to press out juice from beetroot, mixed berries, and mint and mix with coconut water. Serve in take away container with 3 blocks of ice.

Notes

Keep left-over fibre from the juice machine to reuse for muffin recipes.
