Ingredients

Base

1 Sachet of Teff porridge (Teff tribes)

200 ml of Coconut milk (Australia’s Own) / water (Cocobella)

Topping

2 tbsp Gluten-free Granola (Coastal Crunch)

 1 Hand full of seasonal fruit of choice

Toasted coconut flakes (optional)

2 tbsp Coconut yogurt (CoYo)

Method

  1.  Add coconut milk/coconut water and teff porridge sachet to a microwave-safe breakfast bowl.
  2. Place in Microwave for 90 seconds and add additional liquid to create your desired consistency and heat for an additional 20 seconds.
  3. Top teff porridge with coconut yogurt, seasonal fruit, granola and toasted coconut (optional).

Notes

It can be enjoyed with various toppings, and flavours can play around with seasonal fruit similar to overnight soaked oats.
