Ingredients

4 medium-sized sweet potato fries

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Wash and cut sweet potato into even-sized wedges to prevent certain smaller pieces from burning.
  3. Season with olive oil and salt and place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

Enjoy as a condiment with jackfruit burger/ Healthy burger or on its own with vegan mayonnaise (chic-mayo) as a dipping sauce.
