Peanut Butter Overnight Soaked Oats

Ingredients

3 Cups Oats

2 Cups Oat/ Almond milk

2 tbsp Chia seeds

2 tbsp Linseeds

2 tsp Coconut sugar

Peanut butter flavour

1 tbsp Peanut butter (sugar-free)

2 tbsp Dred cranberries

Topping

Sliced banana

Toasted nuts and seeds/granola

Dark chocolate nibs or chips

1 tsp Peanut butter

Method

  1. In an airtight container add all ingredients except the toppings and mix well until combined.
  2. Close with lid and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours, overnight.
  3. Next morning dish desired amount 1 cup of oat mixture and add toppings

Notes

If allergic to peanuts, the peanut butter can be exchange with almond or nut butter of choice.
