Boil water in a pot once boiling add 2 eggs and boil for 2 min. Place eggs in a bowl filled with cold water and set aside. Remove shell after 2 minutes.
Fry spinach in a pot with 1 tbsp olive oil, add vegetable stock, peas and simmer for 10 min. Transfer to a blender and blend for 5 min until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper add more liquid/peas to get to the right consistency.

Season food with lemon, olive oil, 2tsp coconut sugar, salt and pepper and fresh dill (optional).
