Ingredients

1 Green apple

1 tbsp flax meal/ linseed-meal

Ā½ fennel bulb

1 tbsp ginger powder/fresh

1 cup Spinach

1/2 lemon

1/2 CucumberĀ 

1 hand full fresh coriander

1/2 cup frozen pineapple/banana (optional)

4 leaves fresh mint

2 cardamom seeds (shelled and crushed)

200 ml coconut water

Method

  1. In a juicer combine apple, fennel, fresh ginger, cucumber, lemon and 1 cup spinach
  2. Combine all ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. If consistency is too thick, add more coconut water

Notes

Greens safe to use are cabbage, lettuce and kale if you want to switch it up.
