Use Juicer or use a normal blender to press out juice from spinach/kale, cucumber, celery, lime and ginger.
Then if using a blender strain juice through a sieve to get rid of fibres if you want a smooth non-fibrous drink (optional).
Then add juice back to rinsed out blender and add, avocado, mango/banana/pineapple, mint, pepper, coconut water, coconut milk and blend until smooth and well combined ±2 min.

If you have a juicer, you can juice ingredients listed in the first step and blend everything in the blender to make up your smoothie.
