Ingredients

100 g Frozen Edamame beans

½ tsp Salt

Method

  1. Add frozen edamame beans to a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and enjoy as a high protein snack between meals.

Notes

It can be part of your health bowls to add extra plant-based proteins to your meal. My favourite dipping sauce is 2 tbsp coconut aminos/ GF soya sauce, ½ diced fresh chilli and 1 tsp honey.
