Clean Salad Dressing

Ingredients

250 ml olive oil

100 ml apple cider vinegar/ juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp honey/coconut sugar

1 tsp Tahini/nut butter of choice

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tsp Chopped parsley/coriander/thyme

Method

  1. Dissolve sugar/honey in apple cider vinegar/lemon in a glass bowl.
  2. Add chopped herbs of choice, cayenne pepper salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
  3. Slowly add olive oil while whisking or using a blender of choice.
  4. The separation will occur over time just give it a good shake before using like most salad dressings.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 12 days.

Notes

It can be used on a variety of dishes as an optional healthy seasoning.
