Ingredients

½ Avocado

½ cup Frozen blueberries

½ cup of Ice cubes

1 tbsp Flaxseed powder

1 tbsp Psyllium husk

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 Scoop of probiotics powder (Jessica Health)

1 cup Almond or plant-based milk

1 scoop of Super greens powder (Coconut Greens)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth using blender of choice.

Notes

Milk can be replaced with coconut water for a lighter smoothie in texture and extra electrolytes for the hot summer days.
