Ingredients

1 Small banana

1 cup Frozen strawberries/ fresh

½ cup of Ice cubes

1 cup Soy or plant-based milk

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Nut butter

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth using blender of choice.

Notes

Milk can be replaced with coconut water for a lighter smoothie in texture and extra electrolytes for the hot summer days. Recipe contains nuts, can leave out nut butter and replace with tahini as a nut-free alternative.
