Kiddies Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup roasted pumpkin diced

300 ml coconut milk/ plant based milk

1 cup of ice cubes

1 tbsp mixed spice

1 tsp ground ginger

2 tbsp Honey/ 2 fresh dates

Method

  1. Roast pumpkin cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil/coconut oil in oven for 15 min or until soft
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth using blender of choice.

Notes

The pumpkin can be substituted with 1 cup of pumpkin puree, recipe is nut-free, gluten-free, peanut-free and dairy-free.
