1 Small banana
½ cup Frozen blueberries
½ cup of Ice cubes
1 cup Soy or plant-based milk
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Hemp seeds
1.Blend all ingredients together until smooth using blender of choice.
Milk can be replaced with coconut water for a lighter smoothie in texture and extra electrolytes for the hot summer days. Add some frozen berries as a topping.
