Ingredients

2 tsp Turmeric Latte (Superlatte)

½ tsp Ground black pepper

200 ml Coconut milk

50 ml of hot water

3 Ice cubes

1 Scoop coconut ice cream (COYO)

1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Add 2 tsp of Turmeric Latte and ½ tsp ground black pepper to your cup of choice.

  2. Add 50 ml of hot water to the Turmeric mixture and stir until dissolved.

  3. Add turmeric mixture, coconut milk, ice cubes and ice cream to blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Sprinkled with cinnamon/turmeric (optional) and enjoy on a hot summer day.

Notes

Delicious and healthy cold drink to give you a high dose of antioxidants combine with black pepper to reap the benefits of the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric.
