Ingredients

2 tsp Matcha Mint Latte (Superlatte)

250 ml Coconut milk

50 ml of hot water

3 blocks of ice

A dollop of coconut ice cream (COYO)

1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Garnish with fresh mint

Method

  1. Add 2 tsp of Matcha Mint Latte to a cup of choice.

  2. Add 50 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Sprinkled with cinnamon (optional), garnish with fresh mint and enjoy cold.
