Ingredients

½ medium sized avocado

250 ml coconut water

1 cup frozen banana or 1 fresh  large banana

1 Green banana

1 tbsp Collagen powder (organic)

2 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 cup kale/spinach or 1 tbsp green powder (broccoli sprouts or spirulina)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined ±2 min.
  2. Enjoy the morning after a brisk 30 min walks outside to help beat the fatigue and get rid of circulating toxins.
  3. Drink two glasses of water with lemon before going for a walk.
