3 Green apple slices 1 cup spinach/kale 1 tsp fresh ginger or 2 g of ginger ½ lemon ¼ of cucumber cut into sticks 2 celery sticks A bunch of mint leaves Pinch of pepper
Method
Use a fruit juicer to press out juice from apples, spinach/kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, mint, and ginger; add a pinch of pepper and serve in a taking-away container with 3 blocks of ice.
Notes
Keep left-over fibre from the juice machine to reuse for muffin recipes.
