Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries
  2. 1/2 cup plain yogurt/ coconut yogurt (dairy free)
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 cup spinach
  5. 3 tbsp oats
  6. 1/4 Avocado/ 2 tbsp almonds
  7. 1/3 cup almond milk/ Breastmilk

Method

Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth and add more milk to thin out
