Add all ingredients except the toppings in an airtight container and mix well until combined.
Close with lid and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours, overnight.
Next morning dish 1 cup of oat mixture and add toppings
Notes
Vanilla or Berry flavoured coconut yogurt works well with toppings. Use seasonal fresh fruit as a topping (Kiwi or mangoes also work well for summer time).
